Current scope

This placeholder covers the public SalsaHR website and waitlist flow. It does not yet cover production customer use of the future SalsaHR platform.

A final privacy notice should confirm controller details, lawful bases, retention, user rights, international transfer terms, and processor details before launch reliance.

Waitlist information

The waitlist may collect the information a visitor submits, including name, work email, company name, company size, role, country, current HR tool, areas of interest, and an optional message.

The waitlist flow may also record source, page path, and UTM campaign fields when provided by the page URL.

How information is expected to be used

  • Manage waitlist requests and identify duplicate submissions.
  • Contact interested teams about private beta access, product previews, or follow-up questions.
  • Understand which HR software, HRIS, onboarding, time off, payroll, and reporting needs visitors care about.
  • Operate and improve the public website and waitlist funnel.

Analytics, email, and service providers

SalsaHR may use configured analytics, email, database, hosting, and error-monitoring services to operate the public website and waitlist.

The final privacy notice and subprocessors page should list the reviewed providers, purposes, locations, retention approach, and user request process.
